I’m sorry you’re having problems. Here are some points to try:
If you just see a black box, please check you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
If the video is “jerky”, try hitting the pause button and letting the video load completely.
Close down other tabs in your browser and other programs on your computer.
Try a different browser e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari.
Remember how everyone’s internet connection will sometimes run slowly. This just happens if other people in your neighbourhood are using a lot of bandwidth or indeed if there are technical problems at the data-centres which carry the video to your computer.
Do be assured we pay a lot of money to have these videos hosted on a premium server, so it is unlikely there are problems there.
